|Recommended: YesPretty good — Neighbors let their dogs poop everywhere and even on the sidewalk. They don’t pick it up. Trash all outside in the ivy. But other than that pretty good
|Recommended: YesEnjoyed living at Conestoga Park Apartments — We rented an apartment at Conestoga Park Apartments and had a very positive experience living in a spacious apartment and a quiet and well maintained complex. This is a great location with plenty of amenities, close to shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, schools and easy access to the main highways and freeways. Another gift of this location is the proximity to the Greenway Park. Once you stepped out of your apartment you can enjoy outdoor activities in this beautiful park.
This large complex is very well managed, thanks to the property staff who does an excellent job. We were treated with respect, kindness and care. Also, the maintenance team was very professional, responsive and courteous. Many thanks to all of you

|Recommended: YesOnly major annoyance — Parking is getting to be difficult to find due to vehicles that aren't drivable being permanently parked in parking spots.
|Recommended: YesAffordable — We really enjoy living here but are super bummed that 2 years into construction it would be nice to finally have new windows and siding like the other 80 of the complex.
|Recommended: NoThe property is fine. — Economical and fairly clean. If you live near Big Reds....it's not a lot of fun. I've had to deal with excessive noise after midnight, Big Reds customers taking up all of the tennant parking, I've seen Big Red customers snorting drugs, injecting drugs and having sex in their cars in front of my building. Besides dealing with industrial cleaning machines after midnight in the Big Reds parking lot every other weekend, I often am awakened by the screaming of inebriated Big Reds customers as they walk through Conestoga Park property to their cars...which are also parked on Conestoga Park property. Nobody at Conestoga Park Apartments has made any attempts to deal with this problem despite multiple complaints.
|Recommended: YesI feel safe and I love the natural surroundings. — The place is friendly and neighborly. People actually say Hi' to one another.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, great management staff — It is comfortable and there is a lot of parking. Dumpsters, mail boxes and laundry facilities are all convenient to get too. Current windows and building is noisy can hear pretty much anything outside but nothing I have lost sleep over. Overall I am satisfied and do believe I am getting my moneys worth.
|Recommended: YesA great community, spacious grounds and apartments, reasonably priced — The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The units are reasonably priced. The grounds are spacious. Parking is readily available. The management is friendly. It's a great community environment with lots of families, children, and generally friendly people. Great for pets. Directly adjacent to Fanno Creek Trail and Greenway Park. One of the best places I've ever lived. 5-stars across the board.
|Recommended: YesWould recommend — Parking can be annoying, large groups of guests should park on the street, not take all the spots that should be available for paying residents. Parking is my biggest gripe with this place. I shouldn't have to park on the other side of the complex because someone is having their twice monthly clubhouse party. The staff is great, but there are several annoying residents who drive like maniacs thru the parking lot, or some people who cant manage to park within the lines. Also our apartment for some reason has always had a ton of spiders, every day i am fighting off the spiders, i purchased ant and spider killer and spray once a month, but there are still a ton of spiders. We joking call our apartment Spiderville .
|Recommended: YesAffordable, quiet, conveniently located — Overall this is a nice place to live. Either we lucked out with the quietest neighbors ever or the walls really are thick enough to block the noise It is also in a great location, and even though my apartment is right next to Scholls Ferry I rarely hear much noise. I do think that the apartment could have better heat insulation, but that's minor considering how much I like everything else. My biggest wish would be that every laundry room had a machine to reload the card, as it can be annoying to go all the way to complex 3 to top up.
|Recommended: YesGreat place — I lived here for a year. The quality is better than the price. The management is good. We didn't often hear the neighbors. Maintenance requests were seen to in a timely manner. Parking was about as good as it gets in apartment living. We were very pleased with our home here. If I could go back and advise myself as I was deciding to leave, I would tell me to stay put at Conestoga. It's hard to find this kind of a deal, especially with how quickly rent prices are sky rocketing right now.
|Recommended: NoTenant stops another attempted murder — Stopped the third attempted murder in the parking lot this year. Someone was stabbed 14times in back last year across the parking lot while i slept. The sidewalks are eroding or damaged heavily by roots. The pools have no accessible nets even tho several tenants have severe bee allergies. Meth has become prevalent in the neighborhood. Two guys one short and stocky easily recognized, one tall and lanky with what looked to be deformities caused by prior meth useage around face named julian tried to kill someone tonight.
|Recommended: YesI'm happy here — its quiet and it's beautiful
|Recommended: YesQuiet, Clean, Great Staff — The complex feels safe and the staff is very accommodating when you have a question or comment. The complex is also quiet and well maintained.
|Recommended: YesNIce place to live — Nice place, fairly quiet, i often feel surprised i have neighbors.
