The grounds are spacious. Parking is readily available. The management is friendly. It's a great community environment with lots of families, children, and generally friendly people. Great for pets. Directly adjacent to Fanno Creek Trail and Greenway Park. One of the best places I've ever lived. 5-stars across the board.

We have a lot of shops and stores close by. You can ride your bike and walk on the trails anywhere and there are beautiful areas and parks. This there's also a great place to raise kids and they are pet friendly. The management are all very nice and they are not micromanaging like my previous place. I have never had a problem finding open parking for my car. The neighbors in the entire complex are pretty quiet and friendly. I understand why all the units here are always rented. For those who don't have children it is nice they have tons of play area for kids so they aren't running through the streets and in the parking lots.

Parking is my biggest gripe with this place. I shouldn't have to park on the other side of the complex because someone is having their twice monthly clubhouse party. The staff is great, but there are several annoying residents who drive like maniacs thru the parking lot, or some people who cant manage to park within the lines. Also our apartment for some reason has always had a ton of spiders, every day i am fighting off the spiders, i purchased ant and spider killer and spray once a month, but there are still a ton of spiders. We joking call our apartment Spiderville .

Single-pane windows suck, but someone said they might be replacing those later in the year. Owners don't insulate under apartment buildings in the winter, but you can pay the 15- 30 to do that yourself once it gets cold. Living in the second entrance can suck due to many birthday parties in the Clubhouse where visitors ignore rules, and don't park on the street , multiple vehicles that don't move these change from time to time and has gotten a little better , and the screaming people at the pool when it's open. If you work until late at night get used to parking on the street. The parking lot is generally full from 9pm onward. Parking is a free-for-all unless you rent a carport for 25 additional a month and one is not guaranteed near your apartment. We were told there would be no consideration towards assigned parking, or resident only parking spots because it costs too much. Overall, the apartments aren't too bad for what you pay. I just wouldn't recommend them to anyone personally.

Either we lucked out with the quietest neighbors ever or the walls really are thick enough to block the noise It is also in a great location, and even though my apartment is right next to Scholls Ferry I rarely hear much noise. I do think that the apartment could have better heat insulation, but that's minor considering how much I like everything else. My biggest wish would be that every laundry room had a machine to reload the card, as it can be annoying to go all the way to complex 3 to top up.

Maintenance requests were seen to in a timely manner. Parking was about as good as it gets in apartment living. We were very pleased with our home here. If I could go back and advise myself as I was deciding to leave, I would tell me to stay put at Conestoga. It's hard to find this kind of a deal, especially with how quickly rent prices are sky rocketing right now.

Someone was stabbed 14times in back last year across the parking lot while i slept. The sidewalks are eroding or damaged heavily by roots. The pools have no accessible nets even tho several tenants have severe bee allergies. Meth has become prevalent in the neighborhood. Two guys one short and stocky easily recognized, one tall and lanky with what looked to be deformities caused by prior meth useage around face named julian tried to kill someone tonight.

It feels like home. Very nice management, flexible about painting walls or installing fixtures. Makes it feel like our place is actually ours. A parking spot right by our place is almost never hard to find.

It's a very quiet and safe feeling place to live. The staff is very helpful and friendly and it's nice to have pools on the property as well as a locked laundry facility and locked mail services.
